Proven Odor-Removal Method

Identify → Treat → Flush → Neutralize → Dry. If padding is saturated, we’ll discuss replacement options.

1) Inspect & Map

Blacklight and meters locate contamination in carpet, backing, and pad.

2) Targeted Chemistry

Enzymes for organic waste, oxidizers for set stains, reducers when appropriate.

3) Subsurface Flush

Flood/flush and extract where needed to pull out residues below the face fiber.

4) Neutralize & Dry

pH balance, deodorize, groom, and set airflow for fast, even drying.

Pet Odor & Stain FAQs

Will the odor come back?

No if we can fully reach the source. Surface-only cleaning won’t fix pad contamination; we’ll recommend subsurface flush or pad replacement if needed.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use industry-standard, fiber-safe solutions and rinse thoroughly. Rooms are ready to use once dry.

Can you remove old urine stains?

Often, yes. Yellowing can be permanent on some fibers, but odor can still be neutralized. We’ll set expectations on-site.

How do I prevent re-soiling?

Add protector after cleaning and blot spills quickly. We’ll share a simple at-home spot guide.
