Accessibility Features
We design and test for keyboard, screen readers, and sufficient contrast, and we use semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate.
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus styles and skip link
- Semantic landmarks and headings for assistive tech
- Color contrast targeted to WCAG 2.2 AA
- Descriptive link text and alt text for images
- Responsive layouts that reflow without loss of content/function
Compatibility & testing
- Modern browsers on desktop and mobile
- Screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
- Keyboard-only and zoom up to 200% without horizontal scroll

Known Limitations
We’re actively improving. Some third-party components may not fully meet WCAG at all times.
Embedded third-party widgets
Our scheduling/contact forms are delivered via an embedded third-party (LeadConnector/GHL). We monitor their accessibility updates and provide alternative contact options if you encounter issues.
User-generated images
Occasional before/after photos from jobs may lack ideal descriptive text. We’re adding captions and alt text continuously.
Report an Issue or Request Accommodation
Describe the problem, the page URL, your browser and assistive tech if used. We’ll get back to you quickly.
Alternate contact methods
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: (951) 662-9654
If you need materials in an alternate format or extra assistance, we’ll coordinate a method that works for you.
Standard targeted
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We also consider additional usability guidance from WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices.
Continuous improvement
We review new pages and major updates for accessibility. Feedback loops help us fix issues faster.
