1) Services & Scope

Carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, stain/odor treatment, water damage mitigation, and related add-ons. We choose methods based on fiber type, condition, and safety.

  • Pre-inspection and spot testing happen before any chemical use.
  • Reasonable efforts are made to remove stains; some are permanent depending on dye/heat/age.
  • Dry times vary by ventilation, humidity, and pile density.

2) Appointments

  • Arrival windows are estimates; routing and job conditions can shift timing.
  • Clear access, water, and power must be available.
  • Move small, fragile, or high-value items ahead of time unless we agree otherwise.

Need to change plans? Use our Notice of Cancellation.

3) Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes may change on-site after measuring, soil/stain assessment, or additional requests.
  • Payment is due at completion unless we agree in writing. We accept common payment methods.
  • Late or returned payments may incur administrative fees and interest per law.

4) Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not happy, contact us within 72 hours. We’ll re-clean the area(s) in question where feasible.
  • Guarantee excludes permanent stains, worn fibers, pre-existing damage, and issues outside cleaning scope.

5) Customer Responsibilities

  • Secure pets and inform us of sensitivities to fragrances/chemicals.
  • Identify problem areas (pet urine, ink, rust, paint, dyes) before we begin.
  • Use caution on damp surfaces. Keep children and pets off recently cleaned areas until dry.

6) Limitations & Disclaimer

  • We don’t guarantee removal of every stain or odor. Wicking can bring soils back as items dry.
  • Normal wear, sun fading, delamination, loose seams, and pre-existing damage can be exposed by cleaning.
  • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the invoice amount for the service at issue, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7) Property & Belongings

  • We handle furniture carefully; heavy/oversized items may be excluded unless agreed.
  • We aren’t responsible for unreported fragile or high-value items left in service areas.
  • Water mitigation: we stabilize first, then propose follow-up remediation/restoration as needed.

8) Health & Safety

  • We use professional and eco-friendly solutions where appropriate. Safety Data Sheets available on request.
  • Let us know about sensitivities, asthma, or pregnancy so we can choose the gentlest viable chemistry.
  • Ventilation helps speed dry times and reduce residual humidity.

9) Photos & Reviews

  • With your permission, we may take before/after photos of serviced materials (not people or private documents) for quality control and marketing.
  • You can withdraw permission anytime: [email protected].

10) Privacy

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy, Do Not Sell or Share, Limit Sensitive PI, and Cookie Preferences.

11) Disputes & Governing Law

  • California law governs. Venue: Riverside County, CA.
  • Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution first. If unresolved, disputes may proceed in small claims or another competent court.
  • Each party covers its own costs and fees unless a statute says otherwise.

12) Changes to Terms

  • We may update terms. The latest version will be posted here with an effective date.
  • Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
